As FIVE’s central Sustainability Policy, this corporate document unites FIVE’s suite of environmental policies which discuss various environmental aspects and appropriate mitigation strategies in case of any adverse impacts which will help the company continuously improve its environmental performance and reduce the environmental impact of its activities, especially in the areas of energy, water, biodiversity, procurement and waste.
FIVE has developed an integrated management system (IMS) manual encompassing the three ISO standards – ISO:9001, ISO:14001 and ISO:45001 and also includes ISO:50001 specifically addressing FIVE’s energy management. These standards cover elements on policy scope, roles and responsibilities, periodic risk assessment audits, setting targets, objectives, and action plans, data compilation for continuous improvement on the environmental performance and minimizing any negative environmental impact of the organizations’ business activities. It is created to adopt and promote practices that are focused on the continual improvement of the environmental performance and is consistent with the applicable environmental regulations and international best practices.
