Acquired in a partially built state in August and located next to some of Dubai’s most popular tourist attractions and the cruise ship terminals, FIVE LUXE launches in 2024.
In line with our development ethos, the FIVE design team reviewed the pre-existing designs – and radically improved them by turning the residential units and hotel rooms to face the Palm skyline and beachfront to create amazing views.
FIVE LUXE will be a one-of-a-kind hotel and residential tower. It will house 222 sensational hotel rooms and suites, 276 opulent residences, seven culinary and nightlife venues, a 14,000 sq ft private beach with a glamourous Beach Club, an iconic Social Pool, ReFIVE Spa, indoor pool with an outdoor gym spanning an expansive 7,000 sq ft, a state-of-the-art paddle tennis court and a fantastic kids club to keep the little ones busy whilst the adults meet and mingle. The entire property showcases uninterrupted sweeping sunset sea-views and glittering sights of the Ain Dubai and Palm Jumeirah.
Part of FIVE LUXE is SENSORIA. FIVE’s masterfully designed ultra-luxe residences will have unfiltered access to the hotel. Radiating not just residential luxury, SENSORIA will equally embody cutting-edge sustainability through its steel structure foundation and 3,600 square meter ONYX Solar Facade.
FIVE LUXE blends luxury with cutting-edge sustainability, through smart systems, sustainable materials and resource conservation including incorporating recycled cement and steel in its foundation, to promote circular economy and decarbonization. Energy efficiency measures including thermal and electric solar panels as well as water saving and recycling systems form conerstone elements of the Platinum-rated green building. Following stringent criteria throughout design, construction and commissioning stages, FIVE LUXE earned 89 points for LEED Platinum (BD+C), the world’s highest score for 5-star hotels under LEED v4.
