In 2023, FIVE Hotels and Resorts maintained a very impressive occupancy rate of over 90% between FIVE Palm Jumeirah and FIVE Jumeirah Village. Total hospitality revenue has grown from AED 759 million in 2021 to Total proforma* revenue of AED 1,358 million in 2023, signifying around 79% increase.
